I bought a water heater once from Giriyas. It took more than an hour for me to do the billing just because they told their system is not responding. They dont have any backup mechanism to handle these cases. Today I visited the place again for buying a home theater after hearing about a big discount. First thing was 2% extra if you pay by card. No problem I will pay by cash.
He (the sales person) gave a small paper about the product and I should pay the bill first and show him to get that delivered. Ok no issues. But at counter they are not at all caring for a person standing in front. After some time the reply came as our system not working. Good luck I will buy from the near by store.
