I bought a couple of things from them.
1) They didn’t have the stock for the cooker, and promised me that they’ll send it home. (Which they refused to, we had to go and collect it our-self)
2) The guys delivered the fridge a day later and kept delaying the installation. Until this one day I got super furious and told them I would come to their store and scream in front of everybody how horrible their service is, a guy came in 2 hours and installed my fridge.
The manager tells me that they handle a LOT of ANGRY consumers and I am nothing. I see why they have a lot of angry consumers.
