I had purchase hoop earrings with defective lock which is getting open on its own and earrings falls. I called customer care and asked than to exchange the product with some other locking system and told that I will give the difference amount but customer care girl is not ready to help. Very poor service the don’t need customers. Only they say 6 months warranty but don’t give any warranty.
