We went for family portrait. thinking quality is good. Took around 10 pics during photoshoot. We wanted 3 copies. We did not order frames as frames are too costly there, thrice the charge outside. So they ve put a condition that we have to select only one pic for printing otherwise its 3600 for different pic. We tried explaining each 1 z looking good in different pics so nyhow u ll print 3 copies so why not what we want. Still they did nt agree. They ll not give all soft copies of pics. They will give soft copy of the pic which v r getting printed. If you want another soft copy.dats 1600 for each pic. Amazingly. they wont give u matt finish print if u r not getting it framed. They ll give glossy print. ll never ever go to this studio even for passport photo. They are basically 4 money not 4 customers.
