Purchased chimney and hub from Glen Gallery Noida Sector 63.
Both product found defective. Based on trust of Glen I purchsed from exclusive Glen show room however they stock old and defective products. Both products were found defective.
Chimny not sacking and hub auto ignition not working from dayone. I lodged several complaints but they are unable to fix it.
Show room Manager Mr. Sharma and Mr. Rawat both were non-cooperative to resolve the issue.
It is advisable to General public not to buy Glen product and do not purchase from Glen gallery sector 63 Noida.
