So today I share my review on Glitz cinemas
So Glitz cinemas in dehradun have very bad employees they don’t know how to talk with customers they all are is negative attitute In septrmber I went to glitz cinemas to watched SIMRAN first when I go to ticket counter the ticket counter was full of people and one man gave ticket to all peoples but he was very slow after 15 minutes I got my ticket and I late for 5 minutes after I enter in Cinema hall movie was started and lights also switched off one glitz employee said to ’Ticket’ then I show my ticket after he saying go to 2nd row B 5seat and all know that the light is switched off but no one go with me to search my seat there were 2 or 3 glitz employees after in Interval I go to purchased some popcron and softdrinks so he said so sir here is very much crowd so your beverages will be recevied on your seat ’tell me your seat no.’ I said Ok B 5 is my seat no.after I enter a cinema hall and watching movie and 25 minutes was completed but no one bring any thing after 30minutes one man bring my beverages they don’t know how to talk with customers and how to behave with customers.they all are behave like they are in home not any job.
