Let me mention my review without baised. following are my observations*
a. they make over commitments during briefing session.
b. Missing of professional approach in the company
c. it is being run like a shop
d. charges are different for every memebers for same package based on negaotions
e. once u paid the money things chnages drastically
Let me brief my case.
I took memebership of 5 years with 80K=, by paying 5K inadavcnes on 26th Jan 2016.
I was promissed that except the holidays rest promotional schemes will continue to you and holiday will start as and when u pay 50% of 80K.
Just to test I called up Sh. Rafique on 29th Feb 2016 and asked for only 2 movie ticket one week in adavance, he did not bother to update me so I started chasing him after 4 calls(every time he was asking for 10 mins), the he said sir untill you pay 50% of total no facility can be extended to you. you can refer the agreement.
I was shocked and felt cheated, Believe me, they took 3.5 months to issue me memebrship card and 2.5 months to provide me payment original reciept that too after sending 20 mails to them including their directors.
I have just shared my pain of contineousely following up for payment recpt and memebrship card which took 4 months to close. you can imagine. I have not got two movie tickets, rest facility god knows, summer vacation is over can some one tells who all got the information from global connect about the schedule and howm many kids they ahve Entertained.
I have not recvd a single communication from them for any events.
It is being managed like houseold organisation.
My humble request to be honest to your customer, business will, no need to make over commitment which is not possible to delever and non refuding of amout is horrible as all the organisation has review period.
we have never seen any directors in vashi office nor their communciationn no/email id where we can directly inetract we them, .
Pls try to understand by yourselves, why so much secracy, if your policy and intention is clear.
I still request Global connect to have open discussion session with all unsatisfied customer to improve your business and public perception.
no business can prosperous based on hidden agenda, exploiting public and families. we have paid our hard earned money and they should refund it, if we are no ok with them.
