Overall: Very Good
I would like to rate Global Connect Holidays(GCH) on following criteria’s
1. Sales:(Very Good):
They are very smart and well prepared. If we are prepared then both GCH and Customer can crack the deal. I was able to make a deal with them in 15 mins.
2. Agreement after Sales Discussion and Payment:(Very Good)
No issues over there. During my first trip to Kerala they kept all their promises as per Agreement. In some requests they went even beyond Agreement.
3. Booking Holidays( Very Good):
We need to send them email with our requirements and in few days I was able to get bookings as per my requirements. Yes I had to negotiate with them to finalize hotels and reach to win win situation.
My experience is that it is better to talk on phone and explain requirements and based on GCH’s feedback finalize bookings. They do insist to write email which is good. I feel minutes of phone conversations could be shared on email so that both has written document of conversation.
However phone conversations could be challenge as GCH folks are busy(Not their fault). Hence if manpower is challenge then they should think of increasing the manpower.
I am suggesting this because with this they can deal with last minute requests of few members and keep them happy.
4. Being on Vacation( Very Good):
I went to Kerala on my first trip in October 1st week 2015. I did not face any difficulties. I would suggest you should check your vouchers properly and take them with you to avoid problem. Also GCH was available to me during my vacation and in case of problem/Queries they were very helpful and prompt to resolve it.
5. Post Vacation(Very Good):
I had some dues after my Post Vacation. They cleared them promptly.
Special thanks to customer care team for making my Kerela Trip Excellent and now I am on my way to book my next trip to Goa.
