Friends, Please please I strongly advised you NOT to get trapped in Global Connect. I must say I feel very cheated and really regret my decision to join this tour operator. Whilst my initial experience was indeed very positive and they helped me in arranging my first holidays with them last year. But now it’s proving to be a harrowing experience. I am struggling to get a booking done since last 4 weeks and it’s really very frustrating to hear one excuse or another. Mr Pravin Kamble never picks up my call neither responds to my messages. I realise that I indeed wasted my money and it would have been much better to book holidays thru travel portals directly.
I hope reading this feedback Global Connect team will call me and confirm my booking asap. I also hope that Global Connect poor services are drastically improved which can force me to change my feedback.
