I went to Global as I stay 9 kms away from it. I first trusted it to be a good hospital but later realised Global makes money by using the patient. I was not treated properly by the staff at Skin specialist Department. I reported it to the in charge of the hospital, he was a useless guy, the lady staff who argued with me shouted at this so called Incharge keeping me the complainant.
The skin specialist told me to do test worth Rs. 6700. I did not do. I stopped going there. The Ortho Doctor made my mother wait for 1 hour as he got a call from a US friend. He was a old arrogant Doctor, a North Indian. I from then, stopped going there.
Bad useless Hospital and bad staff, Doctors. Worst are the Cashiers, the 3 women or a man who sit there, they just don’t bother about anybody. They show dirty careless expression, if you ask them cost of lab test or say no change. I used my credit card to pay Doctor fees. Money wasted no cure.
My advice, don’t go to Chennai Global Hospital.
