Truly they are one of the worst packers and movers company in this country. They quote low rates and agree to everything you say. ( we do not like to pay in advance, we have never paid in all the many times we have shifted cities ). Normally people want some percentage -whatever minimum both parties can agree to.they agreed to full payment on delivery. But they got our stuff home, took money and when we opened the cartons- most of our stuff was damaged. Glasses broken, furniture broken, everything was in shambles. They agreed to send the insurance agent - who never showed his face in spite of repeated calls
Few days later they got our car and that was in such a state as though it had been taken in the desert and on the roughest of roads. The insides were stinking and so dirty. They had also damaged the tank and taken out petrol. Who knows what they did the car makers have till date not been able to rectify the fault after innumerable visits to- so to say the car doctor !.
Plus we had packed some stuff in the car boot which the staff at the origin station tried to whack and kept it there. Fortunately we remembered and made sure we got it back from the thieves. Not to mention staff seemed drunk and the accompanying car driver told us that he had mouth ulcers and could not talk properly. They also tried their best not to give us the papers.
God ! It was crazy dealing with them. And making sure we could checkmate them at every step. Everybody please stay away from them. This time we went with Allied packers and found them to be good.
