I have been to Globus just thrice and have found the theatre to be very decent.
It is located at a walking distance from Bandra station.
Lots of stalls and resteraunts in the vicinity makes it a rather good theatre to go too. If you can afford it, you can also spend your time shopping in the Mall.
However, the theatre is located on the fourth floor and it does get a little irritating waiting for the lift when there are large crowds.
Another minus point is that it doesnt have enough parking place and you have to park on the road near the theatre.
I also noticed that the people at the ticket counter are a bit rude. This happened on two of the three times I visited. The first time he misunderstood the number of tickets we wanted and that caused some confusion. The other time the person there was drinking tea and I was kept waiting for sometime as he pretended that I didnt even exist even after calling out to him. This definitely sets a bad example as customer service is one of the most important points to remember when running any enterprise.
