Tangy Orange Glucon-D

Hello to all my readers, Today I am sharing my personal views on my favourite drink from childhood named glucon-d. It is available in flavours like orange, nimbu pani, mango, and its regular flavour. Personally my fav is orange one but the regular is the most beneficial.


Here, the tangy orange flavour contains sucrose ( 56% ), Glucose ( 40% ), Acidity regulator, added flavour, common edible salt, vitamin C and colour ( 110) as ingredients.


As seen here there is more sucrose than glucose therefore it contains more sugar and fats.


So as per me it is recommended for the people who want to increase weight and also whose sugar levels are low. People wanting to lose weight or to maintain their weight should not consume this as the amount of sugar is more in this powder.


This should not be taken on regular basis, once in a week is fine or sometime if there is a need of energy or power, if u are filling low than four tea spoon of this in a glass of water can definitely boost your energy levels and instantly you will start feeling energetic.


Specially for children this drink is a good option as children use their most of energy and they also need energy.


To get more benefits of this drink one must take this in summer season as in summer mostly our body suffer from dehydration and this can be tasty and healthy summer drink to keep our body hydrated.


People having digestion problem, lever disorder i.e suffering from jaundice, or having thin blood should take this drink regularly because consuming this will increase sugar levels in blood that will lead to increased thickness of blood and help in recovery. Also it gets mixed with blood easily without any digestion problem.


So that was my view on the glucon-d drink. It provides energy quickly.
