Gmail was launched on 2004. Great from first till now I have been a gmail user since years for the last two months I have been receiving no less than two emails per day, each one from a different sender, each one from a different e-mail address, and each one from a different IP address, but each one about the same topic, yet carefully worded as to not repeat other messages. I have gone to gmail to find out how to completely block these messages.
They say place certain words to block - well my gmail account is used for my business. I sell and I ship. Words such as "shipment" would block messages from my business, yet the words "ship", shipment", "receipt of shipment", are all in these bogus messages. Their messages refer to a "shipment" I supposedly received with RX, medications, pills, etc - which I have NEVER received.
I have gone online to gmail help, Google help, have sat on the telephone waiting because "all of their agents are busy" for 45 minutes.My advice to all, DO NOT USE GOOGLE EMAIL because you will no help whatsoever.
