Gmail is a magnificant mailbox provided to us by google. It is well categorised and can be accessed any where. It can always remain with us in form of our mobile, laptop or Personal computer. It has three main tabs that contains the well organised mails that we receive:
1.Update Tab- It is the tab that contains all the updates from our contacts, complaints and many other important mails in it.
2.Social Tab- It is the tab that contains our social notification from reddit, twitter, facebook and other social networking sites.
3.Promotion TabIt is the tab that contains mails from online shopping stores, blogs, offers and many more mails that are sent to us for promoting their websites.
4.Spam- One of the main feature of gmail is the spam folders that contains all the mails that contain malicious programs that may harm our computers, mobiles. Also it mainly contains fake mails of credit card that want to steal our information.
It enables its users to delete the mails by selected some specific mails or all the mails at a time rather than selecting a mail and deleting it and repeating the process. It automatically gets sync when any mail comes to us and it notifies us too by sound. It offers us a instant sending and recieving of mails. It automatically get updated . It Provide us two type of mail box
1.Advanced Mailbox-In this type of mail box we can see mails recieved automatically and we do not need to refresh page everytime. It is recommended mainly for fast internet connections. It is the default mailbox of gmail.
2.Html Basic- It is the lite version of the gmail we can switch to it in the settings. It loads up quickly and we need to refresh page to see any new mail which is a time consuming process.
