I booked a return ticket- to and fro from a North Indian city and Hyderabad. I checked in 40 minutes before departure time for onward journey. They said the flight was pre-poned and they had sent me the sms for rescheduling.
And since I reached before 40 mins of departure time and not 45 mins before all my money is gone. I was mad and thought my whole (hard earned) vacation is screwed. That lady at the counter was very good at handling people and then there were so many of us angry to be fliers at the counter.
She was a pretty lady so we could not say anything. Finally I went to their another counter and somehow got another ticket issued for next morning.
All the staff at the GoAir also want to leave jobs and go as they have to face angry customers on daily basis. Bad management, few airplanes, too many routes, etc. And crazy lose your fare techniques make this the worst airline. I somehow spent my night at airport with fellow travelers and finally took the morning flight.
Some people were totally loss at words at being treated so badly but we just told them. Dont buy Goair ever again and spread the word. thats what this is all about. GoAir is the cheapest air line but also has cheapest (3rd class) staff and services.
All flights are definitely late. Just sit at any domestic airport and hear the announcements. GoAir flight#mmnnis late, goair flight#544 is late . sorry for the inconvenience!
Avoid GoAir for hassle free travel plans and dont look at the price! You may end up buying an extra ticket for lost flight.
