Tuesday 16th of November, I was travelling frm PUNE to DELHI this hell fight got rescheduled thrice by 2 hrs every time...actual time of flight was 10.40PM and it departed at 2.30AM morning...and secondly they dont even give water for free....!!
And ultimately due to late departure I missed my train from delhi.
Another case...after booking the flight I rescheduled my ticket to early date(1 day before) and as a result of rescheduling difference comes like 2000 Rs. I thought I can pay it online but after visiting there horror site there was option of debit/credit payment option but every time I make my transaction it was coming like sorry for inconvenience..this is how they maintain there site.
And when I called the customer care helpline firstly nobody picked up the phone for 1 hr.. it ws coming like all are executives are busy attending another calls for continuous 1 hour.
And when the guy picked up the phone I asked him how to pay the difference money as your online payment option is not working?? I asked him can I make a payment via debit then he replied "NO" u cant and u can only use credit card for making difference payment... though at the time of booking the ticket prior to rescheduling I make my transaction online via debit.
And the punch came when he asked my credit card number on phone...frankly speaking in this techy world u cant believe on any one regarding your cards and all...i told him I cant give my credit card details to u then he said sorry, then u can not reschedule ur flight..i asked another option from him he said come to airport and fix the amount required. Then I went to the airport and arranged my tickets after paying the amount.
In all...why the hell they are not maintaining thre site??? if both credit/debit options are coming then why they are not working...??
Secondly they are not supposed to ask about credit card details..in fact no airline should ask this...
