We have the worst flying experince day before yesturday with go air after waking up at 4 am and arriving 2.5 hours before our flight timing and then waiting in line for almost 45 minutes to check in we were informed that flight was overbooked and were not able to get on even though I really dont understand and definitely dont agree with the need for airlines to overbook rheir flights. I am more angry with the treatment we received.the go air staff did nothing beyond the bare minimum offerend us 5000 rupess per person as compensation I really dont understand this and staff was too rude they didnt even said sorry once pathetic experience averall
