Had a horrific time at check-in counter of Goair PUNE airport. Must say, the staff is just not supportive, they said my luggage was 3kgs beyond limit (though I weighed and made sure of the weight at home), asked me to pay some 200 RS per kg, to which I said I ll try to shift some luggage in my handbag but the rude person there said ’Ma’am ur hand bag is already overweight!’, I mean tht is so pathetic! how cld he decide w/o even weighing that my hand bag was overweight as well.
Moreover when I asked where can I dispose off some things, the staff said there is no place to dispose off! imagine! n I had to figure out a dust-bin to throw some eatables etc tht I was carrying in my handbag. sigh!, I saw this man shellin out money from almst all the passengers sayin ur luggage is overweight! they jus want to make money by chargin their customers on such things! how cheap!.....
To add, the staff was so rude and arrogant, didnt even wish properly, these are js sm few things to tak bout the unprofessioanl GOair Pune airport staff!
m sure I wld nevr go for this stupid airline, at least nt in PUNE! :|
