The basic touchpoint with the customer an airline can have is booking and cancellations. If done well, half the battle is won.
However in todays times when the customer is king, this particular airline ignores the customers convenience completely.For a 1.5 hr duration flight, they delay it by 1:45 hrs and on cancellation, they charge 750/-Secondly, for the same cancellation, they provide a stupid credit note which has to be reused later.
When I do not wish to travel with the airlines anymore because of the erratic "actual" flight timings, an amount of about Rs. 8000/- of mine is stuck with them.
I think these con organization should be taken to consumer court.
