Most Unreliable Service

Having booked 4 tickets for travel on 22-Nov-2010 from Lucknow to Mumbai, we had worst experience ever. The flight cancellation message was sent on 21-Nov-2010, (i.e the previous day ) evening with an option to either claim a full refund or opt for an alternate booking.


On next day (i.e On Monday 22-Nov-2010) upon contacting their Customer Care for alternate booking they were unaware of the situation and informed us to contact the local office at the Airport.


Hence on visiting the Airline office at Lucknow Airport for an alternate booking we were informed of earliest booking being available only after 4 days (i.e On 26-Nov-2010). Added to this the staff at the Office also was equally dumb and slow in responding.


I feel this message of cancellation of flight was intentionally sent to the passengers who had booked their tickets much in advance and at a low fare as the spot fare at that time had risen drastically.
