What an Insurance Company! They should give the customers insurance forfree for the 0 services they provide!
We purchased a Home Insurance from them.
At the time of purchasing, as usual they were very prompt in responses and emails.
But when a claim was made, they started weeping.
They started looking for excuses not to reimburse the claim.
Several emails went unanswered. The emails which they send to refuse the claim, only they understood what was written in those emails.
They were behaving like the customer has purchased the policy forfree!
It is better not to have insurance at all than having an insurance with them as both mean the same thing!
