Poor Service from Goleisure

My trip was for Shimla Manali first of all I had to go through a lot of pain to make a booking and then when the booking was made I was told that I will getting the transfer from station to hotel.

Even thought the hotel was less than 5 km from the Bus stand I was advised I will getting a call back from the driver but I never received a call and same thing happened for the return as well no call from the driver for pickup. I would never recommend anyone to make a booking with goleisure.

Dear Sir,Your are the first one who has experienced Such a hastle and it was because of travel agency of Shimala & Manali yet we apologise for this unfortunate thing.Just to compensate this we would like to offer a dinner for your family at one of the best places in the pune city also we will reimburse the amount which you had to pay & we will also make sure onwards things will be hassle free for sure . Thats our promise .We are there for you , we are there with you .
