Harper Lee has concocted yet another book Go Set a Watchman after the fantastic accomplishment of To Kill a Mockingbird(TKAM). Obviously there are some great parts in the book however that does not persist till the very end. The brilliancy lies in the patches. Along these lines it is a major dissatisfaction for us who were expecting a superior from Lee in the wake of giving such a splendid work prior.
I think it is about the book as well as about Lee requiring some serious energy to compose book in a steady progression. I dont think anyone can deliver a decent writing consistently in a brisk progression. There can be another explanation behind my failure since I began contrasting this book and his prior book. Furthermore, since that was an abnormal state book, it brought me down. Yet, as I said I dont rate this book high. Totally baffled.
