This is my experience from a recent vacation. Goa! Ah… Goa, what a beautiful place. Loved it there. Great beaches, churches, towns, people. A wonderful blend of backpackers, lost hippies, package holiday makers, local Goans and Indians from all over the sub continent making their money during the holiday season. And of course there is the food. Hmmm. That’s a story. This is where my ‘Mumbai Belly’ started with a vengeance. Tried out the Lonely Planet recommended Goan Sausages. Delicious indeed .
Here are couple of thing you shouldn’t miss in this paradise.
If you go, don’t miss the churches of Old Goa, which are among the largest and most beautiful in Asia.
October is the start of the cooler season in India, which makes it one of the best times of year to visit Goa.
Visit all most all the beaches & shacks, such as Bagah, Anjunaa & my personal favorite Wagahtore.
Beautiful Goa, the smallest state in India, has been on my bucket list for quite some time. The southern Indian destination has a unique, Portuguese-influenced culture, and is home to beautiful beaches, epic raves, and a friendly backpackers’ scene.
First thing first, when you visit take expensive hotel or a cheap lodge just to sleep in the late night after parties & all day long expedition. Also do remember to hire a bike/scooter it is cheap. Petrol! not a problem . however beware of the road side adulterated petrol which can land you in sudden break downs.
The time you are there, just forget everything & be yourself. Do all the crazy stuffs you would like to do & don’t land in to trouble. Enjoy every second of this beautiful paradise. It worth!
