I’m really glad to get my first flight in GoAirlines, was amazing and unforgettable for me as it was my first domestic flight from Kochi to Hyderabad. I got booked the flight at the window side first then later 2 days before the scheduled flight had been cancelled with SMS notification to me, then I had communicated with the support team and they rebooked the next flight and also offered me the Window seat.
What I had amazed about GoAirlines was its customer support and the flexibility of rebooking without any problem.
Also, the same problem had happened for my return flight from the Hyderabad to Cochin flight and I had communicated with them immediately and rebooked, this time I had requested for a window seat to the customer support team and they provided the same without any inconvenience, for my upper flight I had paid for the window seat and for the down flight without additional cost and with my request I got the window seat. This incident made my first flight experience awesome and Im grateful for the support and comfortable experience.
