One of the oldest sweet shops of Chandigarh, which still caters to some old ( and new) loyalists. It is a decent sized place.
There is some seating space if you want to have a plate of samosas or jalebis right there and then.I personally love their dhokla and samosas.
Mostly I am here to pick up some fresh paneer and then land up stuffing my self with something or the other.It is not a very clean place and not all glamorous like Gopals or Sindhis, but then they have that ’local nuker wali halwai’ feel to them. Everything is priced very nominally and yet taste is great.
