Worst and pathetic service

I gave my car maruti alto lxi for service and maintenance as a regular service and they give me time of 3 days but after many contacts they told me that your engine is damaged internally. It takes around 15days and extraordinary charges. I don' t recommend the service of gobumpr its service is worst and pathetic
