Today I am going to review about a bike service company called Gobumpr.com. This website links you to the best possible service station for your bike. I recently tried this although I was very happy with my previous services station and mechanic but I wanted to try something new. So I booked a slot from this website and reached the service station well in time. But when I reach there I was informed that the station has been closed due to some electricity problem and I have to come back after 3-4 days when every thing is back on track. I said ok I will come after 3-4 days thinking of it as a genuine problem. After 3 days when I went back to the service station they took my bike in and told me to wait or to go home and come back in 4 hours. After 4 hours of waiting my bike was still not ready. Infact it is still at the same place where I left it. It’s not even washed in 4 hours. I asked him you told me that you will deliver the bike in 4 hours then they started arguing with me that we can’t give your bike with service and it takes time we have lots of other customers as well. After few hours they took by bike for servicing and the way I saw them servicing my bike was horrifying I thought today I will loose my bike. Over all it was a bad experience I would not recommend it to any one.
