I would like to share that the service for Gobumpr is pathetic, there is no transparency. Before you give your vehicle you will get numerous calls to schedule an appointment but after you hand over your vehicle there will be no response. The customer has to followup and there is no proper response. I had a pathetic experience after I gave my 2 wheeler(Activa 3g) for service. I was not told about the hidden charges and was over priced. More over after I handed over my 2 wheeler I did not get any call from the service center. I called numerous times but still did not get any proper response. When I received my 2 wheeler I observed that the petrol has been taken out and when I enquired I was told that the service center and the washing center was far away which is 5 kms in radius due to which the petrol was used and my tank got empty which is very irrelevant. I would like to say that please do not go for the servicing in Gobumpr as its pathetic and I would advise not to get cheated. I will never - ever go for it again.
