I am old user of godaddy but once year has been completed they auto renew my auction service. When I replied they told me you can cancel it but you will not get refund! I ask why? so they told us that it’s our policy and "Accept our Terms and Service"(who the hell is going to read thousand of line of terms and condition).
Moreover, It’s solo responsibility of account holder to take care this(How can I know I am going to charge without any notification) but they refund my money and for that I would like to say; Thanks.
