Their services have gone down the drain. My fridge had a cooling problem. I raised a complaint online and since I had AMC, the engineer came and told me fan part has to be replaced. This was on 23rd July 2017. First, they told me that the part will be changed on 26th July. Then I received an SMS that told me part will be replaced on 31st July now. Again on 30th July, I received an SMS that it will be resolved on 10th August and now today, on 10th August, I have received a message that I will be receiving the service on 20th August.
M/s Gunjan Refrigerations is the service provider and their response was pathetic. I have written to almost entire Godrej Senior Management Clan, they’re busy living in their cloud castles and care nothing about end consumers.
My request - Don’t ever buy a Godrej refrigerator. My fridge has already gone for repairs many times in last 4 years. Not at all reliable.
