I was gifted Godrej washing machine by my parents. At the beginning it was working very good, but after 2-3 months started giving problem. All of a sudden the top door only was broken, I called the service man and told him to repair it or exchange it. He said it won’t come under warranty. So I have to pay for that to get a new one. Suddenly after 5 months the motor got spoilt and we had to exchange it. But the motor also worked for only 6 months and didn’t. Then I used to call the service man regularly every once in 15 days or 1 month and get it repaired. It might be manufacturing defect but we got a lot of problem with this machine.
