I had purchased a split AC from Godrej 2 years back with a 3 year warranty on the product.
The product was for approx Rs. 40000.
Till 1 and a half years it worked decently fine but the next summers it started giving problems.
Hence I called the Godrej Care for checkup, and the Repair Guy said that the compressor is not working properly and needs to be replaced( which was covered in the warranty).
He asked me that he’ll come in 2 days and take the compressor and Come with a new compressor within a Week.
For 15 days there was no Reverting Back and No one came.
Again after following up on Customer Care Atleast 50 times. there were only fake promises and no Action.
At the end I had to Buy a new compressor myself and bear the loss.
even after that the AC worked hardly a year and again started giving problem.
Service is really not good(Avoid buying)
cooling was Okay( which is almost like any other AC)
Not reliable Product
As the service is not good, I would not recommend Value for money.
