Recently I confronted a prob wth my a/c N was really pissed off!!! I gave a cal 2 da cal center N asked them 2 sort out the issue as soon as possible lady send that it cudnt be don that day N will b fixd the nxt day as the time by then was around 7 in the evening.
I said that its really important 4 me to get that repaired as ma dad needs that very badly. I explained the same to that lady, who in turn diverted the cal 2 an executive who said tht he was in traffic N will get back 2 me.I waitd N gav up hopz.I was mor thn surprisd whn da executiv cald me at 9 N askd whethr I m Hom??!! He along wth his service engineer attended the complaint N fixed da same.I was really happy 2 see that. My dad said "Thtz da reason Y people opt 4 godrej - Trust".I am a happy customer of the same.No matter what ever may be the situation, there are always 2 side of a coin!! Might things go wrong sometimes, but its aint da rite thing to judge the quality of such a trusted brand
