We have purchased 2 window AC’s last year May 14 but within 13 months on 1st june-2015 there is a gas leakage problem in an AC which is really a bad experience the expense told by godrej engineers is approx. 3000 rupees and the repair will take atleast 4-5 days without any backup in such a scorching heat in lucknow I will never recommend this product to anyone.
I work for Aditya Birla group as an Admin and I wanted to purchase at least 10 AC’s for office use but will look for some other option
