I had purchased microwave oven of godrej GMX23CAIMKM-Microwave on 12/06/16 and it was delivered on 13/06/2016. I am waiting for technician to come for installation and demo purpose. I had complained many times at godrej customer care but they are helpless.
The product is unused sealed pack because they don’t accept any complaint if we open the seal before their technician visit at place. My big mistake was I purchase home appliance product of godrej brand which don’t have experience in home appliance product. They are lock making company and for them home appliance is something new. I don’t think they can send a technician for demo and installation process. So don’t burn your hard money by buying godrej brand specially for home appliance product.
