Purchased Godrej locks on 01-12-2013 from Natraj Locks, Sector-93, Noida on the promise that Godrej installer will come and install within 24 hours.
On 01-12-2013 request with Godrej customer care was lodged when I was informed that one will install the next day on 02-12-2013. But nobody turned up.
When contacted over phone, every day he kept promising that he will come next day. Today 5 days has elapsed and I am told that somebody will come and install today. There can no poorer service than this kind. Called the customer service almost 4 times a day.
Pathetic service.
