I bought Godrej Aquarious Lock for my main door. The shopkeeper assured that a call has been logged with Godrej and a technician will come to install in 3 days.
A technician called me on Day 3 and said he’ll come the next day. I kept waiting but he didn’t come. When I called him from my side he said he would come on the 5th day at a time when I’m not available. I said better come on the 6th day which is a Saturday and I’ll be at home. He didn’t at all give me proper time. He kept saying that he’ll try to come at so and so time. I lost my patience and asked him not to play with me, give a final date and time and come on that time. He straight away refused to come saying I didn’t behave properly so he won’t come. The installation guy probably considers himself a Nawab of Hyderabad.
Then I went to the shop again and asked him to keep the lock and return my money, after that he assured me that he’ll send someone to install it on that day itself.
I think Godrej should withdraw itself from this business if it can’t provide good support.
