Seller takes a feedback upon delivery of the package and keeps insisting that MUST COMPULSORILY sign that feedback form, before installation. That is a very poor experience and it allows them to mislead their own organization on the customer satisfaction. The product received by me had some minor manufacturing defects and I just did not have the time or bandwidth to follow up and block one more weekend for this, so I gave it up. The seller also did follow up call only to check whether delivery took place, not on satisfaction levels.
