Godrej refrigerator is one of the worst refrigerator I have ever seen….It always carry some problem with it…….If you solve for one then suddenly other comes…….I am using this for the last three year and in this short duration we have to call to the customer care for 4 or 5 times after its warranty period is over…….
For the first time we called because there is problem with the supporting legs and after calling the technician came and he took the broken leg with him and told that he will return back in 2 or maximum three days…….We have waited for him for 1 week but he didn’t came……then again we started calling to the customer care for the enquiry and they always used to say that ya we will definitely solve your problem tomorrow….and you know that for the next 2 week nobody came…….After 2 week they send the same technician and he changed that leg and charge Rs.250 for that small work only……
After repairing of the leg again there comes a problem with the handle…….again the same process repeats and finally technician came fix the handle by fevicol and told us not to use the handle more…he said that use the upper part of the door for opening………….and again he charged Rs 300 even he hasn’t changed the handle….
You can understand that how they are cheating us by the name of brand only……They are reducing their quality but increasing the rate………….So I suggest you all that don’t run behind the brand name only just enquired well about it and then go for it………
