It has a bad service and properties limilted.
I booked with 7 percent of flat value for 2 bhk in everest tower 3rd floor.But within 7 days changed the floor preference for 4th floor.According to that the gave me papers and signed documents but in the invoice the had kept the flat number that of 3rd floor.After I wanted clarification they said although it was their fault they can do nothing and theyalso had kept the invoice with them.!
