Guys, Please do not even think to buy Godrej AC’s.
Last year I purchased Godrej AC(Godrej 1.5 Ton 5 Star GSC 18) and it was 1 of my biggest mistake.
Till now I am facing problems related to Cooling, Gas leakage, ice forming, condensor etc.
I logged complaint related to No cooling on 15-April-2017(Call No: D1504263608) and nobody from service department
came. Finally on 25-April, a technician came and filled the Gas without even checking the AC;
although the problem was related with condensor.
On 26-April, AC again started forming ice, no cooling, then I complained(D2604270602) again then Technician came
and said that the problem is with the condensor so he took that part along with him and now its been 1 week
and no response from service department.
Finally its 21 days and no resolution so far.
Very disappointed with Godrej. If this gonna keeping on happening like this then the day is not far; Godrej may
have to shut down their AC manufacturing Unit.
In short I will say: Poor service and Unskilled Technicians!
