My Dear godrej .
Hii dost now I am going to show condition of godrej customer .i am also godrej customer .
I purchased godrej eon 3 star 1.5 ton split across Rs 36000 in feb month 2016 .first service they called us and gave a service. Second service they did not contact us .we waited for sometime .they did not contacted us .we thought godrej only call us and gave service .now the problem is our Ac does not cooling well .we contacted godrej service told the problem 2nd free service is not completed fir us. They asking amount and will do only paid service .we are disappointed with godrej service .And customer care is not responding as well to us .they diverting our call and giving only contact numbers to call this number to rectufy our problem .Godraj service is for this My family trust godrej company now they losing their .
And this is my neighborhood problem same with godrej customer service , He purchased gidrej eon 1.5 ton split ac is on date 27/04/2016 via debit card payment amount is rs 32, 900.three month after not working properly with gas leak .complaint has given to call center of godrej sms regustred date 17/09/2016 .untill today there is no responce from godrej .that is the setvice of godrej EK BAR KHRIDO OR BHUL JAO.
I forget to tell you big problem of godrej ac about Defective outdoor unit and its very unfortunate that I have to write here again and my ac creating another problem now this time the indoor unit creating noise , fan not working .no cooling , ice on pipes. I think goderj gave me a garbage box what you guys want never suggest anyone to buy a garbege product .
If you purchased a product by giving 40, 000 rs for a comfortable sleep and for peace .and after some that product which never let you sleep and never give peace , so in that situation what you think you waste your money .that the situation face my family .
I am not statisfied with that product look good don’t work .
If you purchased godrej ac in 36, 000 rs .After 5 month definitely will think , I have purchased very costaly and garbage product because after 5 month it will give u lots of problem .so my openion is don’t buy garbage product .
