This was my worst experience with any packers and movers. I just shifted from Mumbai to Gurgaon and choosed Goel Packers for shifting my household items.
I booked my items on 28th Aug and they told me it will get delivered on 1st Sept but it was delivered on 6th Sept and thats too when I told them that I’ll reach to police, still the car was with them.
When I enquired for the car the delivery incharge Mr Kulbe told me to come to their office if, you want to collect your car and refused to deliver the car to my house while the booking was for door to door delivery. He also asked me to pay the x amount before delivery(while at the time of booking the sales guy told me to pay the x amount only after you got all your items). He even threatend me and showing his political and legal connections(finally the matter was resolved once I reached to police).
ALSO THEY SENT MY ITEMS IN SHARING WHILE CHARGED FOR A DEDICATED TRUCK. I am still waiting for the claim agent to visit my house to check the damaged crockery(oh did I mentioned they almost lost a carton containing my crockery? Actually they didn’t lost it but was pretending like that beacause all my crockery was got damaged in shifting the items from one truck to another.
I recommend never to go with them at any cost.
