I worked with this company for 7 months as an employee I have to say real things about this company so that other people wont’t suffer here. Their salary standard is Ok. But there is no job security at all who is getting huge amount of salary. Anyhow in this company no onsite, no growth opportunity. I faced there some issues and mailed also but they not at all response to my mail. That was I felt so bad about that company. And most interestingly only 4-5 employees are working for more than 5 years.
Work environment is somewhat OK. Night shift was so horrible for me, there is no cab, no food, no extra pay for night shift.But you want to stay for 1 year then it is ok you can join with this company.
And this company teammates are very friendly only problem with Technical Director of this company. I would say CEO is OK. Anyhow CEO(kumar Vembo) is a nice person.
