I have been booking my air tickets and Hotels on goibibo since long now and have always had a decent experience. I read a few reviews where a few people complained about bad hotel rooms, I’d suggest that they would have read the user review and rating of the hotel before booking. Also a few call its gocash scheme a scam, but then terms and conditions of using go cash is clearly mentioned on the website.
Apart from one glitch where I made an error while typing a name during booking a flight ticket and goibibo representative couldn’t help but to connect my call to jet airways where jet people said that I’d be charged Rs. 1200 for the correction. I have had no complaints with them.
Hotel Offers from goibibo have been excellent compared to other websites, evn flight booking offers on my SBI and HDFC cards have been good, also service assistance from customer care team has been good in my over all experience with them.
