I purchased 3 bus tickets for travelling on 8th March 2012.
But bus got cancelled by operator and I called the call center of goibibo before the bus departed and informed them to refund.They told me please raise a support ticket and my money will be refunded and I did it.

Till today i.e. on 8th of May I am struggling with there callcenter and other people to get money back.
At one point they told they cant refund also and asked me to get refund from RedBus.
How will redbus give me the money if I booked from Goibibo?
Callcenter will reply with an email that refund will be done(with out really knowing if it is processed.)

I have got a call today i.e. on 8th May that your refund will be processed as soon as possible I asked to give me time frame they are not able to give that.
I wrote it to management@goibibo.com also but they are also not helping.
Please dont buy anything from them. Or be prepared to suffer.
