Goibibo

Hi guys

It was a night I reached Guwahati for an Interview next morning it was necessary to sleep t the night so I have booked an hotel using my phone on goibibo. As there was a large amount of gocash unused. Booked the hotel but while booking the gocash amount I can use was less. That was not an issue but when I reached the hotel it was 9:30 pm night. and reaching the hotel the manger served me the room which was a dangerous one the bedsheet was fully covered with dust and the bathroom was terrible. The lock of the room was broken and asked the manager to chage the troom but they denied immediately called the goibibo for the resolution and was harassed to hear the response from them that they cannot do anything when I have checked in. That was my first and last booking via goibibo.

Hope this service will improved so that people can stay at least.
