I booked bus ticket before three days . when I asked for refund they said there is no refund even I called travelers told about my situation.They said it possible for refund you check with goibibo. But goibibo taken my 1000 bucks. I want say this is money hacking website .i suggest don’t do any bookings with this website.very very bad web site . Bad customer support .Bad Email support.Bad management and more.I never suggest my friends to do booking with this website and even I planning to write all social media website like facebook and twitter.i am going to create separate blog in twitter to write about goibibo, because non should not face problem like this in future .
